Avoid caffeine or heavy meals at least 2 hours before the session.
Set an intention or think about what you’d like to gain from the session.
Create a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed.
Come with an open mind and be ready to explore. It’s natural to feel a bit nervous, but know that you are in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment.
During Your Session
Relaxation Process:
Each session begins with a relaxation technique to help you reach a calm, meditative state. You will be fully conscious and aware throughout the process.
Your experience will feel similar to a guided meditation, where I’ll lead you through visualizations and prompts.
What to Expect:
You may feel a range of sensations from deep relaxation to emotional release. These are all normal parts of the healing process.
Memories, images, or feelings may surface that offer insights into your current life challenges.
Not every session will produce vivid memories or visuals. Sometimes the healing is subtle and unfolds over time.
What NOT to Expect:
Hypnosis is not like what you see in movies; you will not lose control or fall asleep.
This is not a “quick fix” solution. Healing is a process that can take time and may require multiple sessions.
You may not always receive clear or immediate answers during the session, as the experience is deeply personal and can vary greatly from person to person.
After Your Session
Integration:
Take some time to relax and reflect on your experience.
You may want to journal your thoughts or any insights that came up during the session.
Drink plenty of water and give yourself time to process the session’s energy.
Ongoing Support:
Healing continues after the session ends. You may notice shifts in your emotions, thoughts, or physical body in the days following.

Recording:
After your session, I will provide you with a digital recording within 12 hours. This recording captures everything from the moment you enter the hypnotic state, excluding the relaxation technique for safety reasons. I encourage you to listen to the recording multiple times, as each listen may reveal new insights you might have missed before. For the first three days following your session, you are especially receptive, so it’s essential to continue listening and absorbing the information you uncovered.
Follow-Up:
Some clients benefit from a follow-up session to dive deeper or to explore any new insights that arise. You can book your next session at your convenience.

Technology Requirements:
We are able to connect remotely from anywhere in the world to achieve this relief, clarity and guidance via hypnosis. All you will need is a strong internet connection, headphones with a microphone attached, and a computer or phone with Zoom capabilities.
